Baccarat Protocols

Baccarat is played with eight decks of cards. Cards which are valued under ten are said to be at their printed number and on the other hand 10, J, Q, K are 0, and A are each equal to 1. Wagers are placed upon the ‘banker,’ the ‘player’ or for a tie (these aren’t actual people; they only act as the two hands to be given out).

2 hands of 2 cards shall then be played to the ‘banker’ … ‘player’. The score for any hand shall be the total of the 2 cards, but the very first digit is discarded. For eg, a hand of seven as well as five produces a value of two (7plus5=twelve; drop the ‘1′).

A 3rd card could be played depending on the foll. regulations:

- If the bettor or banker has a total score of eight or nine, the two bettors stand.

- If the gambler has 5 or lower, he/she hits. bettors stand otherwise.

- If gambler stands, the banker hits of five or less. If the bettor hits, a chart will be used to figure if the banker stands or hits.

Baccarat Odds

The larger of the two scores wins. Successful stakes on the banker pay 19 to 20 (even money minus a 5% commission. Commission is kept track of and cleared out when you leave the table so make sure that you have $$$$$ still before you leave). Bets on the player that end up winning pay 1 to one. Winner bets for tie commonly pays out at eight to 1 but sometimes nine to 1. (This is not a good gamble as ties happen lower than 1 every 10 hands. be wary of laying money on a tie. Even so odds are somewhat better – nine to one vs. 8 to one)

When done effectively, baccarat offers generally decent odds, aside from the tie bet obviously.

Baccarat Tactics

As with every games, Baccarat has some established misunderstandings. One of which is close to a roulette misconception. The past is in no way a predictor of future events. Keeping track of last results on a chart is simply a complete waste of paper … a slap in the face for the tree that gave its life to be used as our stationary.

The most accepted and feasibly most successful method is the one-3-2-six scheme. This tactic is deployed to magnify earnings and minimizing risk.

Begin by gambling 1 unit. If you win, add 1 more to the two on the table for a total of 3 on the second bet. If you win you will have six on the table, remove 4 so you have 2 on the 3rd gamble. If you win the third bet, add two to the four on the table for a sum of six on the fourth wager.

If you lose on the 1st wager, you suck up a loss of 1. A win on the first bet followed by loss on the second brings about a loss of 2. Wins on the first two with a loss on the third gives you a profit of 2. And wins on the first 3 with a loss on the fourth mean you come out even. Attaining a win on all four bets leaves you with twelve, a profit of ten. Therefore you can fail to win the 2nd bet 5 times for every successful streak of 4 bets and still break even.
